Our interview process has been designed as a two-way street. More than just probing your technical skills, we want the interview process to be a valuable opportunity for you to get to know our people, our culture, and see for yourself what our culture is all about. Finding the right fit may take some time, so don't be surprised if you end up meeting 6 people along the way (but don't worry, that does not mean 6 interviews!). We've created a custom process that will be unique according to the position you're applying for. As you move forward, we hope you'll get more excited about working for Toboggan Labs.

Prescreen Interview

An initial conversation to learn more about your background and interests.

Technical Take-Home

Most roles have an assignment you will work on in your own time, typically with time boundaries.

HR Interview

A discussion about your experience, career goals, and how you align with our culture.

Technical Collaboration

You will meet with a few team members and work on a problem together.

Additional Conversations

You will get the chance to engage with more team members, including those from the incubation side.

Toboggan Labs is a remote-first company. We have a WeWork office located in downtown Montreal that any of our employees can use as often or as little as they like.
